1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and company details when you register. We also collect project data, compliance items, site issues, and other content you enter into the Service. Payment information is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) send compliance deadline alerts and notifications you request; (c) process subscription payments; (d) provide customer support; and (e) improve the Service's features and performance.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: (a) Stripe for payment processing; (b) Google for calendar synchronization and email delivery (when you enable these features); and (c) service providers who help us operate the platform, under appropriate data protection agreements. We may disclose data if required by law or court order.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. Despite these measures, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we retain data for 30 days to allow for reactivation, then permanently delete it. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or to resolve disputes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access your data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) export your data; (d) delete your account and associated data; and (e) object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the Support section of your dashboard.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with Google Calendar (for deadline syncing) and Gmail (for alert emails). When you connect these services, data is shared with Google under Google's privacy policy. We use OAuth 2.0 for these connections and do not store your Google password.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authenticate you. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
